Multicopter Modeling for Noise Prediction
In collaboration with the Swiss research institute EMPA, our team worked on a three-year project focused on analyzing multicopter noise and devising strategies for its reduction. We developed a numerical model that simulates performance parameters across various flight phases. This model was integrated into the software environment sonAir, enabling precise ground-level noise predictions.
Partnership with the H2 Project by Cellsius
As part of our commitment to advancing sustainable aviation, we are proud sponsors of the ETH student project H2. This innovative project focuses on developing a hydrogen powertrain for a light aircraft. As counselors, we provide unbiased engineering insights, leveraging our extensive aerospace industry experience to pave the way for cleaner and more sustainable aircraft technologies.
Interactive Charts for Education and Training
Flight mechanics and aircraft performance can be challenging to understand. We develop interactive, web-based charts that show complex interactions in an easy and understandable way. These charts can be used by instructors in a classroom setting as well as by students for self-study.
